Looking for a London House Share August 23, 2010

I've been in and out of London since last September since I had to give up my Camden space, on and off looking for a London home. While I have managed to settle into a routine of being London side four days a week, living amongst other places on top of a pub in Brixton during the week and going home weekends (well I can't sleep there). I've just finished a stint looking after a flat, very different experience living alone versus living with a group. I think I prefer living with groups, even though I have a large group of friends in London now, it's just a more social experience.

So I'm now looking for a more permanent London based. South preferred, nearby Brixton, maybe Herne Hill which I spent some time getting to know during flat sitting.

The usual flat sharing things about me that you always seem to have to write :
28, male, clean tidy, sociable, friendly.
Interested in art, design, games, socialising, though do sometimes need time to myself when working.
I'm a freelance designer so may need to work at the flat occasionally.

The only issue is my budget is limited, £300 - £400 PCM.

Update : 24th September 2010 - Still looking, having done a few more house sittings... Can probably raise budget to £450... Looking to move as soon as possible.
